It results in poor quality of sleep which makes a person tired throughout the day and also leads to daytime sleepiness. Sleep apnea is a long-term disorder that disrupts the normal sleeping pattern. Sleep apnea is a common problem in which an individual experiences one or more pauses in breathing or shallow breaths during sleep. Seizures and sleep disorders affect each other drastically therefore, they both should be properly balanced.
